Allison M. Houser is a Staff Attorney at Cohen Milstein and a member of the Consumer Protection practice. In this role, she assists in discovery and evidentiary-related aspects of litigation and deposition preparation.
Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Ms. Houser was a contract attorney and analyst at the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, Environmental Tort Litigation and a contract paralegal at the U.S. DOJ, Tax Division, Office of Review.
Ms. Houser earned her B.A. at University of Pittsburgh. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, where she was a Dean’s Fellow and the Digital Media and Outreach Editor of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law.
