Hyundai has issued a recall of approximately 6,071 vehicles manufactured from July 4, 2011 through October 31, 2011 due to a manufacturing defect that affects the panoramic sunroof. The panoramic glass panel may break in certain 2012 Veloster vehicles, posing the risk of personal injury to vehicle occupants.

This recall is expected to begin sometime in March 2013. Dealers have agreed to inspect the vehicle and perform the necessary service free of charge.
