Cohen Milstein Sellers and Toll PLLC is investigating a potential lawsuit against LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, and American Medical Collection Agency (“AMCA”) related to a data breach of personal patient information.

On May 31, 2019 Quest announced that its medical billing vendor, AMCA, had experienced a data breach of its billing database, exposing 12 million customers’ personal information. A few days LabCorp made a similar announcement regarding the breach of 7.7 million customers whose data was in AMCA’s systems.

If you had your blood, urine test or had any other medical testing conducted by LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics or you received any billing notices from AMCA in the past year and you are interested in learning more about this investigation or about how you may be affected, please take a moment to fill out the questionnaire below and we will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a phone call with one of our attorneys.
