Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC is accepting applications for the Cohen Milstein Fellowship for the Fellowship term beginning Fall 2019. Cohen Milstein established a Legal Fellowship program to employ attorneys for one year. This Fellowship provides lawyers with the opportunity to gain significant litigation experience. The program is meant to serve recent law school graduates who desire to get unparalleled litigation experience in a private law firm setting.

For over 45 years, we have fought corporate misconduct, pursuing litigation on behalf plaintiffs, including individuals, whistleblowers, public entities and other institutions in cases that have raised significant and often novel issues to advance social and economic justice.
Cohen Milstein Fellows will serve a one-year term, working closely with attorneys from a number of the Firm’s key practice areas, including Antitrust, Civil Rights & Employment, Consumer Protection, Employee Benefits/ERISA, Human Rights, Public Client, Securities Litigation & Investor Protection and Whistleblower/False Claims Act. Fellows will be involved in all aspects of the Firm’s work, including investigating potential cases, drafting pleadings, researching cutting-edge legal issues, conducting discovery, and collaborating with our colleagues in leading firms across the country.
This Fellowship is located in our Washington, D.C. office.
We are seeking recent law graduates and judicial clerks who share our commitment to performing the highest quality legal work to further the public good. Applicants should have strong academic credentials, superior analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated experience working collaboratively. Applicants must be able to commit to the entire one year of service to be considered for the Fellowship.
Compensation and Benefits
The Fellow will receive a salary of $75,000 annually and will be eligible to participate in the Firm’s full benefits package.
