PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLA.-Theodore J. Leopold, managing partner in the consumer justice law firm of Leopold Law, P.A., has been unanimously nominated to the office of President-Elect of Public Justice Foundation.
Public Justice is headquartered in Washington, D.C., and fights for justice through precedent-setting and socially significant individual and class action litigation. Mr. Leopold specializes in consumer justice litigation with a focus on complex products liability, managed care, catastrophic injury and class action litigation. His work has been featured in the National Law Journal’s Top Cases of the year and he was nominated for “Trial Lawyer of the Year” by the Public Justice Foundation for his ground breaking litigation involving the managed care industry. He currently serves as a member of The Florida Bar, United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, The American Board of Trial Advocates and The American Association for Justice.
