Mr. Leopold specializes in consumer justice litigation with a focus on complex products liability, managed care, catastrophic injury and class action litigation. His work has been featured in the National Law Journal’s Top Cases of the year and he was nominated for “Trial Lawyer of the Year” by the Public Justice Foundation for his ground breaking litigation involving the managed care industry. He currently serves as Vice President of the Public Justice Foundation and is also a member of The Florida Bar, United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, The American Board of Trial Advocates and The American Association for Justice.
Ms. Kroeger has an extensive career handling complex civil litigation matters on a national level. Her practice is focused in the areas of product liability, automotive crashworthiness, wrongful death, class action and cases involving complex managed care abuse. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Florida Justice Association and the Board of Directors of United for Families. In addition, she is an active member of the American Association for Justice, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Martin County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers and The Florida Bar Professional Ethics Committee.
