She also provides litigation support to the firm's attorneys by drafting and arguing complex and case dispositive motions and providing legal assistance at trial by handling motions for directed verdicts, complex evidentiary issues, and charge conferences. Ms. Martin is admitted to practice in the Florida State Courts; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida; the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.
