Accomplished civil trial attorney and partner, Leslie M. Kroeger of Cohen Milstein Sellers &Toll PLLC has been elected to serve as Secretary for the Florida Justice Association (FJA), formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (AFTL). 

The organization is dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida's civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida's citizens and consumers against large business and industry.

Swearing in of the 2016-2017 FJA Officers will be hosted at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach during the Presidential Luncheon on Friday, June 24, 2016, where Ms. Kroeger will pledge to reinforce her commitment to protecting consumers and highlight the goodwill of attorneys throughout the state. 

Ms. Kroeger states, “As Secretary, I want the hallmark of my leadership with the Florida Justice Association to be the promotion of citizen and consumer rights, a service core to our organization and its members within the state of Florida.  We are dedicated, and I think emphasizing the commitment of our members and their public service both inside and outside the courtroom is key.”
