Kathleen Wucher, Staff Attorney at the firm, joined Cohen Milstein in 2016 and is a member of the Antitrust practice group. In this role, she assists in discovery and evidentiary-related aspects of the litigation and deposition preparation.

Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Ms. Wucher served as a Litigation Contract Attorney/E-Discovery Specialist where she worked on antitrust matters for multiple top tier law firms. Ms. Wucher also practiced at a leading international firm in Brussels, focusing on cartel investigations brought by the European Commission and international mergers.

Ms. Wucher is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she received a B.A. in Political Science & European Studies in 2002, and earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2005.  Ms. Wucher received her LLM in International Economic Law in 2008 from the University of Kent - Brussels School of International Studies.
