State law enforcement initiatives to protect investors have become an increasingly important part of the securities law and corporate governance landscape. Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray will share his views on the proper role of a state attorney general in this arena, the tools at his disposal, the actions his office has taken, the relationship between state and federal securities law enforcement, and the trends he sees on the horizon.
