Palm Beach Gardens –On March 2, 2012, Consumer Justice Attorney Diana L. Martin presented to the Florida Bar on Emerging Evidentiary Issues in Products Liability Litigation. The Tampa based lecture was hosted by the Code & Rules of Evidence Committee, Criminal Law and Trial Lawyers Sections. Ms. Martin discussed a host of topics including Evidence about Design Change/Subsequent Remedial Measures, Test/Experiment Results and Comparative Negligence. 

Ms. Martin handles appeals for the Leopold Law firm in a wide variety of practice areas, including tort liability, product liability, managed care liability, and consumer class actions. She also provides litigation support to the firm's attorneys by drafting and arguing complex and case dispositive motions and providing legal assistance at trial by handling motions for directed verdicts, complex evidentiary issues, and charge conferences. Ms. Martin is admitted to practice in the Florida State Courts; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida; the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court. She recently received the distinction of Top Up & Comer in the 2012 South Florida Legal Guide.
