Eight years after it was filed, the chief question in the sex discrimination class action against Wal-Mart is just how big this case will be...Joe Sellers, the Cohen Milstein name partner who heads the firm's civil rights and employment practice group, says it's one of the largest cases on the firm's plate. Sellers says the firm has dedicated "enormous" resources to the litigation - 15,000 to 20,000 hours so far.
