Associate – Consumer Protection
Cohen Milstein’s Washington, DC office seeks an Associate to work with our Consumer Protection and Unsafe Products Practice Group. Applicants should possess 2-3 years of litigation experience; clerkships will be considered relevant experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, writing and analytical skills. Prior experience in consumer protection law is not required.
The Consumer Protection and Unsafe Products Practice Group works to protect consumers from deceptive business practices and defective products.
