Law360’s 2015 Glass Ceiling Report identifies Cohen Milstein as 4th in the country in highest percentage of female partners and 7th out of the top 100 firms in the country ranked as the best places for women attorneys to work. The methodology is based on data from 308 U.S. firms surveyed about their overall and female head count numbers as of Dec. 31, 2014.
